Learn to rehearse, practice, try out and prepare for anything you want in this life, in your mind before you do it in real life. See in your mind the future you want. Is like playing make-believe in your mind. Do it in your mind everyday, rehearse your new life in your mind.
This will reprogram your mind, by changing your mind from a record of your past to a map to the future. If you do this right and repeat it enough, your new thoughts will change your feelings and emotions, which in turn will change your attitudes and actions. Your new actions will by repetition, create the new habits that will bring the future you want, to you.
